Privacy and legal notice
This site creates no account, shows no advertising and sells no data. It measures its audience only if you agree. The details are below.
Who publishes this site
Tesseract Studio is a business of Tesseract SA, a Swiss public limited company registered in the commercial register of the canton of Geneva.
- Registered office: Meinier, Geneva, Switzerland
- Company identification number (UID): CHE-482.901.868
- Publication manager: Maxime Goupil
- Contact: hello@tesseractstudio.ch
Tesseract SA is the controller of the data processing described on this page.
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States.
The data you send
The assessment form asks for your first name, last name, work email and company name. Team size, needs and the task description are optional. The “Something else” form in the catalogue only asks for your email and a description of the task.
This information has one purpose: preparing the call and replying to you. It is neither sold nor used for advertising or bulk marketing.
The site stores it in no database. It is sent by email to hello@tesseractstudio.ch, a mailbox hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak. The message is relayed by a Vercel server located in Frankfurt, Germany.
To reply faster, your request is passed to an artificial intelligence model (Claude, by Anthropic, called through Vercel, United States) that prepares a draft reply. That draft is sent to me only: I review it, correct it and write to you myself. No reply is sent automatically.
The express assessment (in French) asks five multiple-choice questions and, if you want the report, your email address. The report is sent to you once, and a copy of your answers reaches the same mailbox. Your address is added to no mailing list; I may write to you personally about your estimate.
All of this information is kept for as long as we are in touch, then for at most three years after the last contact. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Booking a slot
The booking buttons open a calendar hosted by Cal.com, Inc. (United States). What you enter there (name, email, chosen slot) is processed by Cal.com to schedule the meeting, under its privacy policy.
If you would rather not use that tool, write to hello@tesseractstudio.ch: a meeting can be set up by email just as well.
Audience measurement
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are read and which buttons are used. Measurement only starts if you click “Accept” in the banner. Until you choose, or if you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded and no measurement cookie is set.
If you accept, Google Analytics records page views, button clicks, FAQ questions opened, device type and the approximate origin of the visit (country, referring site). No name or email address is sent to it.
The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Data may be processed in the United States by Google LLC, under the Data Privacy Framework agreed with the European Union and with Switzerland. Google keeps detailed data for two months.
You can change your mind at any time.
Cookies and storage in your browser
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|
| devise_geo | Shows prices in francs or euros based on your country | Session | Not required |
| mesure | Remembers your choice about audience measurement | 6 months | Not required |
| utm | Remembers the campaign the visit came from, to carry it over to the booking | Session | Required |
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics cookies | 13 months | Required |
The first two are needed for the site to work and are not used for any tracking.
Like any host, Vercel also keeps technical logs (IP address, browser, requested page) to keep the service secure and running.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction, its deletion or a copy in a common format, and you can object to its processing. Write to hello@tesseractstudio.ch: you will get a reply within thirty days.
This processing is governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for visitors located in the European Union, by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
If the reply does not satisfy you, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner in Switzerland, or the CNIL in France.
